The studio.yogscast.com website permits each user to obtain and store an amount of "tokens", that requires you to pay a fee using real currency. Obtaining tokens are done via the Yogscast Shopify store, please refer to their Terms of Service. The Virtual Currency can be used to purchase goods and services on this site. Your purchase of Virtual Currency and items purchased with the Virtual Currency is/are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable, except at Our sole discretion. All Virtual Currency and purchased items are sold and provided AS-IS with no warranties of any kind. Virtual Currency and items purchased using Virtual Currency cannot be transferred, redeemed or exchanged into real currency. You may not purchase, sell, or exchange Virtual Currency outside the Service. We reserve the right to modify, manage, control and/or eliminate Virtual Currency and items purchased using Virtual Currency at our sole discretion and shall have no liability to you or any third party for the exercise of such rights. The real currency payment fee at which Virtual Currency is acquired and the prices and availability of items purchasable by Virtual Currency are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to remove all your Virtual Currency and/or disallow access to and remove items you have purchased using Virtual Currency including unused items at our sole discretion and We will have no liability to you for any such actions.
In no event shall We or Our licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this Service.
